I’m a driven and resourceful emerging film professional with hands-on experience in set decoration and art department coordination for film and television. My foundation in the industry is personal—born and raised in Vancouver, I grew up around filmmaking, with my father, Ross Dempster, working as a production designer. Early exposure to production demands—visiting sets like Seventh Son, where I met Dante Ferretti, and shadowing on Disney’s Project Blue Book—sparked my passion for visual storytelling and cemented my path toward the art department.

I recently completed a BA (Hons) in Design for Film and Television at Nottingham Trent University, where I spent three years developing practical and conceptual skills through academic work and on-set experience. At NTU, I contributed to a variety of student and professional productions, culminating in my role as art director on Contained. Alongside set decoration and coordination, I’ve built a strong interest in drafting and graphic design. From technical drawings to in-world graphics, I enjoy combining creativity and precision to produce visuals that support story and production.

I thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and bring a sharp eye for detail and visual narrative, shaped by hands-on experience, problem-solving, and collaboration. I’m skilled in dressing and maintaining sets, sourcing props under tight budgets and timelines, and adjusting to evolving production needs. With an intuitive grasp of workflows and a deep passion for the art department, I’m excited to keep developing in creative, ambitious environments—and contribute meaningfully to teams bringing stories to life on screen.
